I live in WV while my elderly mother is in Annapolis. The previous florist I used apparently is no longer in business which is what brought me to you. My experience with the service from Flowers by Donna has been wonderful. I've ordered twice from out of town, and both times they have called me to let me know about delivery--once to say they might be late because of a bridge backup (but they did get through on time), and once to ask if they could deliver earlier than the online date (which was perfect because of the Mother's Day rush). The recipient loved the flowers, too.

I received a dozen red roses from my mom as a congratulations and they were absolutely beautiful! It was just unbelievable how gorgeous the arrangement was. They used the usual filler but also used other greenery I had never seen before. My co-workers were oohing and ahhing over them and when I brought them home in the evening, my daughter said they look like I had one a beauty pageant. They were just exceptional!!
