I asked Donna to create her own special design for a Halloween-themed, thank you bouquet. What she designed was stunning--wild and exotically beautiful with ghosts, bats and haunted houses interspersed between the flowers. I received profuse thank yous from the receivers. Donna is the BEST in the Annapolis area.
